Predatory Property Management
My story like many others that have rented their townhome at Jeans Creek in McKinney TX is a lengthy one. I cannot get into all the specifics however to quickly summarize my experience is that I rented property 2 years.
Paid in time the entire time, then they decided to place my unit and some of my neighbors units up for sale without much or any notice. Then used a loophole in rental contract, (that is vague can be disputed) to allow strangers access to the unit you are paying rent on at any time that suits them. Bridgetower had people try to gain access to my unit around 7pm when I was cooking my family dinner. Then to add insult to injury, when I decided to leave to ensure my family safety because they breached my lease (violated my right for peaceable enjoyment of my property according to Texas tenant rental rights) and did not return my security deposit.
Although it was clearly stated that security deposit will be returned if property was in good shape and documentation was provided for professional cleanup charge.
In addition to withholding my security deposit, they issued retaliatory charges for trips to my property that was not authorized by me and I did not let strangers in. Thats not all, then they added an abandonment of property fee, then sold this account immediately to a collection agency (lawyer group) that in turned placed on my credit profile.

Preferred solution: Please stop allowing renters at 7323 Neal Rd charlotte NC to let multiple people living there temporarily or every 4-5 months. It should be illegal.
Terrible business
This company bought a home that I was already leasing and never came to check the house out. They bought it my second year living there.
Without know anything about the condition of the house I moved out and theyre charging me $10,000!!! I cleaned the house better than it was when I moved in! The only thing that I didnt do is shampoo the carpet and I wouldve paid that fee no problem! $10,000?!
I hate everything about this company from the customers service not knowing anything about their jobs to the delusional charges after moving out! The house isnt even that nice! And it couldnt have been bad if they moved tenants in as soon as I moved out! They run out of Dallas Im in Conroe!
They have a whole lot to fix within their company before they can get a star!
If you cant manage properties out of your city then DO MOT BUY THEM! I have pictures of the house when I moved out!!!

You asked me for an update but do not provide a space for that. Bridge Tower is so unprofessional and they ignored the letter of demand from my lawyer so he issued a summons and complaint thru small claims court.
They have 30 days to respond to the court. Our court...
Lawyer has contacted them. Waiting for a response
The chemo makes me so tired and weak that I left my job. We also paid our 1 year lease up front. One day, the granite counter started to slide off the base. My visiting brother and daughters bf grabbed it and tucked it away.
The idiot prop. Mgr (in Charlotte, NC) is not only accusing us of doing it intentionally, which even if we were able to, defies logic, but he sent the email before getting the vendor report (the vendor laughed at the shoddy workmanship.
Not only that, the vendor took 15 minutes to glue it back and he's charging us 1500. Hired a lawyer and I can't wait to go to court and see how this ignoramus explains this to a judge

I paid 22,450.00 for a one year rental lease. What did I get for my money?
A year of mold, foundation issues, non-working garage, *** landlords and not one dime of my security or pet deposit returned. From the time I moved in there were safety issues including a large kitchen light that nearly fell on my head. They hired the cheapest labor they could find to do any work and if the cheap labor wasn't available, the owners would come "fix" it.
I have all the documentation and looking for others to join me in a class action lawsuit.
