So far it been ok, but there was a problem with maintenance once. Other than that I'd rate on a scale from 1 to 10, I'll give them a 8. The people in maintenance here in Dallas aren't trustworthy. As most places you rent across America.

Predatory Property Management

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

My story like many others that have rented their townhome at Jeans Creek in McKinney TX is a lengthy one. I cannot get into all the specifics however to quickly summarize my experience is that I rented property 2 years.

Paid in time the entire time, then they decided to place my unit and some of my neighbors units up for sale without much or any notice. Then used a loophole in rental contract, (that is vague can be disputed) to allow strangers access to the unit you are paying rent on at any time that suits them. Bridgetower had people try to gain access to my unit around 7pm when I was cooking my family dinner. Then to add insult to injury, when I decided to leave to ensure my family safety because they breached my lease (violated my right for peaceable enjoyment of my property according to Texas tenant rental rights) and did not return my security deposit.

Although it was clearly stated that security deposit will be returned if property was in good shape and documentation was provided for professional cleanup charge.

In addition to withholding my security deposit, they issued retaliatory charges for trips to my property that was not authorized by me and I did not let strangers in. Thats not all, then they added an abandonment of property fee, then sold this account immediately to a collection agency (lawyer group) that in turned placed on my credit profile.

Renters subleasing to many people

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Bridge Towers allows the two renters to sublease or allow multiple people to live at 7323 Neal Rd charlotte NC. There's been eight people or more living at 7323 Neal Rd since July 2022 at different times. There's 2 or more new people who moves in/out every 4-5 months. And the 2 renters have been living there as well. Is this legal for them as renters ? It should be.

Preferred solution: Please stop allowing renters at 7323 Neal Rd charlotte NC to let multiple people living there temporarily or every 4-5 months. It should be illegal.

Terrible business

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

This company bought a home that I was already leasing and never came to check the house out. They bought it my second year living there.

Without know anything about the condition of the house I moved out and theyre charging me $10,000!!! I cleaned the house better than it was when I moved in! The only thing that I didnt do is shampoo the carpet and I wouldve paid that fee no problem! $10,000?!

I hate everything about this company from the customers service not knowing anything about their jobs to the delusional charges after moving out! The house isnt even that nice! And it couldnt have been bad if they moved tenants in as soon as I moved out! They run out of Dallas Im in Conroe!

They have a whole lot to fix within their company before they can get a star!

If you cant manage properties out of your city then DO MOT BUY THEM! I have pictures of the house when I moved out!!!

We are 2 seniors, 68 and 78. Husband is immobile and I have cancer.

The chemo makes me so tired and weak that I left my job. We also paid our 1 year lease up front. One day, the granite counter started to slide off the base. My visiting brother and daughters bf grabbed it and tucked it away.

The idiot prop. Mgr (in Charlotte, NC) is not only accusing us of doing it intentionally, which even if we were able to, defies logic, but he sent the email before getting the vendor report (the vendor laughed at the shoddy workmanship.

Not only that, the vendor took 15 minutes to glue it back and he's charging us 1500. Hired a lawyer and I can't wait to go to court and see how this ignoramus explains this to a judge

Went to court yesterday. The North Carolina local property mgr (CM) showed up without a lawyer even though this date was chosen 5 months ago.

He claimed he sent us a certified letter of countersuit which neither my attorney or I had received. The judge ordered a continuance for July 17th, 2023. So the letter arrived the day after court. It was not certified as it was just sitting in my mailbox.

My lawyer spoke with him after the quick session. Asked CM for a vendor receipt and he didn't bring it lol. Then he outwardly lied and claimed the vendor called him with me present and told him it was our fault. If that were the case I would be suing the vendor as well.

I can't believe what a liar and crook he is. Stay tuned

Bridgetower properties are slum lords

Bridge Tower Properties - Bridgetower properties are slum lords
Bridge Tower Properties - Bridgetower properties are slum lords - Image 2
The grass and weeds grew tall between tenants It was cut but not raked or bagged. There is 6 to 8 inches of dry weeds in the back yard with several tree branches. The debris is so deep the grass cannot grow. And it is a breeding ground for fleas and ticks and snakes. Bridgetower refuses to clean it. I'm a new tenant and have only lived there a week. I cannot put out my lawn furniture. I recieved a quote of $250. Just to rake it and. Bag it. Bridgetower refuses to take the cost off my rent. And refuse to do anything about it. I don't think I should be responsible for Bridgetowers neglect. But I have to live here for awhile. Any suggestions? 0

Terrible maintenance

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Andrew the maintenance manager has told us 3 different stories about why we are not getting our yards watered. First was they were turning on the irrigation in March and that did not happen. Second he told us he was sending someone out to test all the watering stations and someone showed up alright but disappeared 10 minutes later. Now Andrew told us the system needed to be repaired and someone was coming to *** for repair costs. No one ever showed. Finally now a month later Andrew tells us the system has been turned off and needs to be turned back on and set by the landscaping company. The landscaping company came to mow and blow as usual and climbed on their truck and rode out as usual leaving the place looking like *** as usual. We even asked them when they were here but they knew nothing about the sprinklers needing to be turned on or anything.

Warning others

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I got accepted to rent for a house that looked good on paper and in person. They immediately asked for a full month of rent as a deposit before even seeing a lease. They also said that this entire deposit would be forfeit if I signed. I'm fairly sure this isn't even legal in the first place, but what a deceptive business practice. I personally asked for a lease to be sent before I give any deposit and while they complied, the lease I sent was an absolute joke. Every page of the lease lists another vague charge they can apply to you. Multiple stipulations were added as addendums about possible charges seemingly in hopes you won't see them. All I can say is read your lease very carefully before you part with any money.

Denial Letter

I applied for a property with Bridge Towers Properties and was denied. When i spoke with Denise the day before she stated everything looked fine and was waiting on my landlord to call her back in which my landlord never received a call from them. I called them about another property they had available and still no response in which someone was suppose to call back.

You dodge a bullet. Resident park their vehicles on the streets, and in for of the home that you are leasing.

The home sit close to the street so it is so noisy and the craftsmanship of the home is poor. Best Wish

Very Upset/ They do not comply to their lease agreement.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I have been trying to get someone out to take care of our pool. We have been leasing from Bridge Tower for almost a year, In this year we have had nothing but issues. Our lease agreement states that we are to have a pool company come out to clean/repair/maintain the the pool. Since before April we have been contacting them to have someone come out. We have yet to have anyone come. The pool has not been clean nor has it been working for several months. We have sent emails, I have made several calls to them. I even offered to contact our own pool company to have them come out there, but they said the would refuse to reimburse me. Over the past few days I have called twice a day to have someone call me back in regards to this. I have yet to receive a phone call or an email back. They have a portal system which shows the emails and conversations, and every conversation about the pool shows to be closed out. I called again today, was put on hold for several minutes and then was transferred to a voice mail, who I have no idea who's voice mail I was sent to. SO PLEASE before renting from them check the history of the past tenant. Our neighbor has even made a statement to us about how many people have lived in this home. The neighbor has even contacted the city on them to file complaints for other issues they have not taken care of. So as well we have contacted the city.

Screwed over by http://www.bridgetowergp.com/management.html

I paid 22,450.00 for a one year rental lease. What did I get for my money?

A year of mold, foundation issues, non-working garage, *** landlords and not one dime of my security or pet deposit returned. From the time I moved in there were safety issues including a large kitchen light that nearly fell on my head. They hired the cheapest labor they could find to do any work and if the cheap labor wasn't available, the owners would come "fix" it.

I have all the documentation and looking for others to join me in a class action lawsuit.

Hello Stephanie,

We just signed a lease with them a month ago. I had a couple of questions for you about them.

So I saw that you didn't get your deposit back, what was their reasoning behind it?

I can see that issues you were talking about because we had some of them too and more

We had issues within the first month of being here our garage didn't open, dish washer over flooded, Water pressure in our upstairs bathroom is really weak, the oven was smoking the first time we used it, our cable provider said that we need to hundreds of dollars extra to get our cable and internet to work properly, and the cherry on top we had a HUGE ant infestation that is still going on.
